Venkat has successfully introduced this concept in a way that will stay with you for your lifetime. Treating your team members like your children and making them a part of your team forever is simply brilliant. The book looks at eight stages of parenting and draws linkages to a corporate manager-team member relationship. Each father-son stage characteristics is explained with a corporate example and this will ensure that you can easily adapt this behavior and become a successful ‘Father Manager’. I particularly loved the use of Power Words to improve the presentation capability of the team members. Another great chapter is the one which talks about Invisible stickers that managers walk around with. Stickers that have the ability to attract information. Reading this book will open your mind to a new yet simple concept that can be easily adapted. I am hoping that someday, my team members connect with me in a way similar to Freddie. I am wishing Venkat success and I urge him to take this concept as a workshop to the corporate world. He can create an impactful change”
